Welcome! Nebula Studios is a friendly game studio for anyone to play and have fun. We keep a set of rules in place to ensure everyone is safe
Our objective is to make sure all players are protected and feel safe when entering Nebula Studios and when they are playing one of our games.
There are different sections of Nebula Studio's Terms of Service so we make buttons to make it easily to navigate.
1. Age Requirements
Age Requirements are important for everyones safety and privacy. Each of our games will have a age requirement. Our Discord server age requirement is 13 years old and over as that is Discord's age requirement and the countries law. Most of our games are for everyone, but if we do create a game that only allows 13 years old and older, and you are below the age of 13 than you must have parent consent to play the game. This is for your safety and your parent or guardians safety.
2. Restrictions
Some countries may ban certain games we create as of different laws in each country, we can not do anything about this but we will try and make games according to every countries laws but it may be hard as countries may create a law after a game has been created. This may happen because the country finds this game as a threat and blocks these certain of games.
3. Services
We offer services to players inside our games. All purchases will be final and no refunds. Unless you purchase a gamepass and an error has occured and you haven't recieved the product you purchased but you have been charged. We will make sure you get your product. If this happens please let an admin know in our discord server. But, if you purchase a product and you don't want it after 2 days, we will not offer a refund.
4. Copyright
We have copyright in our Terms Of Service because we make sure no other developers are stealing assets or stealing any game ideas, game icons or etc. If we catch developers stealing assets we made. We will take action which will be a DMCA and we will contact roblox about this issue so they are aware of this issue and they can deal with this. We take copyright very serious.
